Get started with MeetingPartner
This guide takes you from sign-up to your first AI-powered meeting summary. It should take less than 10 minutes end-to-end.
The 4-step roadmap
Register your account
Create a free MeetingPartner account from the homepage using email or Sign in with Google. The free tier lets you try recording and AI summaries before you subscribe.
Go to homepage →Install the Chrome extension
The extension is what captures the audio from your meeting tab. Install it from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar.
Install from Chrome Web Store →Record your first meeting
Open Google Meet, Zoom Web, or Microsoft Teams. Click the MeetingPartner extension icon, pick your transcript language, and press Start. When the call ends, press Stop. Your meeting is saved to your dashboard automatically.

The dashboard is where every meeting lives after it ends. Click any meeting to open its detail view — transcript, summary, action items, and AI Q&A all in one place.

What you get on the dashboard
Once a meeting finishes, open it from your dashboard. Every meeting card unlocks the main features below.
Live transcript
See speaker turns and timestamps captured during the meeting. Search the full text and copy or export it.
AI summary
Get a clean summary with key topics and decisions, generated from the transcript on demand.
Action items & minutes
Extract concrete follow-ups and formal meeting minutes you can share with your team.
Ask follow-up questions
Ask the AI questions about what was said in the meeting and get answers grounded in the transcript.
Email summary
Send the meeting summary to yourself or your team straight from the dashboard.
Multi-language support
Choose the transcript and AI output language. Supported languages can be changed per meeting.
Tips for a clean first meeting
- Pick the transcript language before you press Start.
- Use a single browser tab for the call so audio capture is stable.
- Make sure microphone permission is granted to the meeting site.
- Press Stop at the end of the call so the meeting saves cleanly.
